Maestro
An original Music Memory game, built using Javascript, showcasing Nick’s eye for design and intuitive UI. Sounds generated by Tone.js. It’s a fun, functional game, utilizing Javascripts asynchronous game logic. Built in 5 days.
Artsy
Full Stack Etsy clone built in 2 weeks using Ruby on Rails and React. Images hosted on AWS. Features user auth, profile page, reviews, average rating, cart, product show. Made to look as similar to Etsy as possible, complete with image carousels and modal menus.
myFridge
Recipe Generator build on MERN stack with OpenAI api. As project lead of a 4 member team, I hosted Notion task page and coded backend to front end, as well as conceptualizing and pitching original idea. Project features quick recipe generator, saved ingredients, saved recipes with notes as well as user authentication. Completed in 7 days.
NittyBot
NittyBot: Built with Python, Streamlit, and OpenAI. I designed and coded an AI chatbot, leveraging the OpenAI API and langchain library. The bot mimics my persona, contextualizing responses based on my profile and experiences. Integrated Levenshtein algorithm for response accuracy evaluation. Used python-dotenv for secure API key management. Completed as an individual project.
